Huisfun want’s you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not, please read the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Our policy aims to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and satisfactory as possible.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items such as used smoking accessories (including hookahs, bongs, and pipes) cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions, including the return address and any necessary details for processing your return.

2. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please email us at support@huisfun.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to either exchange the item or provide a replacement, depending on availability.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned damaged or with missing parts, not due to our error.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
  • For exchanges due to defective products, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us so we can assist you.
